SAVINIA

mutewax returns with a new release from none other than mutewax head honcho, Mutecell. This project is a symbiosis of Mutecell's take on the Berlin sound with memories from the Mauritian scene.

Kicking off with Savinia, named after a place in Mauritius known for its spooky cliff and waves that act as the inspiration behind the track. A fast-paced peak time banger that is sure to send chills down the spine. Then, Mutecell goes back to his signature sound with Berlin. The title itself tells you that this track is a no-nonsense straight techno track. Last but not least, Orion's Fear is a more left-field take on Mutecell's techno style with syncopated percussion and driving acid basslines ending the E.P. in style.

This opus hints to us on what to expect for his upcoming album ONAC1D.
